MaxVital by Max Pharma with its balanced amount of proteins and vitamins is a full-fledged food substitute for people who have to temporarily abstain from solid food. However, MaxVital also serves as supplementary nutrition, e.g. as part of a diet or as a support against deficiency symptoms. It is available in two flavours: vanilla and strawberry.
Areas of use
MaxVital is a food for special medical purposes (balanced diet). It is used for diet management in cases of disease-related malnutrition and for support in cases of underweight and malnutrition. Its composition makes it possible to precisely dose and document the additional calories and nutrients administered. MaxVital should only be used under medical supervision.
MaxVital is suitable for children from 10 years, adults and seniors. It is lactose-free and therefore tolerated by allergy sufferers with lactose intolerance. In case of glucose tolerance disorders, use only under careful metabolic control. MaxVital is not intended for parenteral nutrition.
Characteristics
MaxVital is a high-calorie food with 8.7 g protein per portion to cover an increased protein and energy demand. One portion of 50 g contains approx. 226 kcal (average energy value per 100 ml ready-to-eat preparation with water: 474 kJ / 113 kcal). One package contains 550 g (11 servings).

Application
Unless otherwise recommended by a doctor, MaxVital should be consumed as a supplementary diet with 1 portion (50 – 150 g) per day. Always prepare fresh.
Preparation Single portion: Stir 50 g MaxVital (approx. 4 measuring spoons) well in a glass or cup with approx. 150 ml water or milk.
Enrichment of food and drinks: Dissolve the desired amount of powder in a little water, then stir into food or drinks. Can be mixed with cold or warm liquid.
